Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately at the moment we only ship to UK addresses but we are looking to expand! We hope to be able to post to most of Europe and North America in the near future!
How much is shipping?
Free for orders of £80 or more!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, currently we only offer UK standard second class, which is £3!
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 48hours of receiving them! UK standard second class shipping should take around 3-5 working days, so you should receive your order around 1 week after placing it!
Do you offer returns/refunds?
For undamaged items we currently do not offer refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: If your item is sealed and is missing an item, such as a photocard, we can't offer any refund/exchange! All sealed products come straight from Korea so any missing items are the manufactures error and not ours.

We hope so! We have only just started up so only have a small selection of items, but we hope to be able to stock a lot more groups soon!
