Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we ship to the UK, Europe and USA!
Please note – For customers outside of the UK the maximum weight your order can be is 10 kilograms (22.05lbs)
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and are determined by weight of your order.
What postage options are there? / Can I track my shipment?
For orders under 250g there are standard and signed for options, if you’re an international customer tracked services will also be available.
For all albums we will ship with tracked mail! You will receive your tracking number when you receive the email saying we have dispatched you order :)
For UK customers ‘Special Delivery’ is also available, this offers guaranteed next working day delivery ONCE we have despatched your order. For orders over 7.5kg this will be the only option available.
Please note: For 'Special Delivery' our usual dispatch times still apply. Your order is only guaranteed to arrive the next working day once we have dispatched your order.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days after receiving them! (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays do not count as working days)
UK shipping should take around 3-5 working days, so you should receive your order around 1-2 weeks after placing it! During busier times such as Christmas it is likely orders may take longer to arrive.
International orders should take around 1-5 weeks to reach you!
Has my order got lost?
Once we ship your item and hand it over to the postal service we are NOT responsible for any lost packages. Please note in busier times of the year, such as Christmas, packages will take longer to arrive!
If you believe your order has got lost please contact via our email email@example.com. Please allow enough time after we have shipped out before contacting us, for the UK please allow 15 working days, for the rest of the world please allow 25 working days.
Do I need to pay VAT?
VAT is included in our prices, so no extra charges at checkout! However if you are based outside the UK your order will still be subject to your countries local import laws (see below)
Will I be charged customs?
For customers outside the UK your purchase will be subject to your countries import laws. This may mean paying extra charges relating to customs, duties and other taxes. This charge is dependent on your countries import laws and the amount you’re charged may differ depending on the value or weight of your order.
THESE CHARGES WON’T BE APPLIED AT CHECKOUT! If your order is subject to extra charges it will be once your order arrives in the country of destination.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PAYMENT! KpopDistrict is not responsible for any customs, duties or other tax payments you may receive. Please be aware, you are responsible for any charges.
If you refuse to pay these charges when asked and your order is returned to KpopDistrict we will offer a refund of your total order value minus any shipping or fees that were accounted into the order price when you placed your order. If you'd like us to send the order again you will have to pay any extra postage and fees required for us to do so.
Unfortunately we cannot use measures to avoid these charges. All customs forms will be filled correctly and won’t be altered in any way.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
We allow cancellations and amendments to items in an order before we begin processing them. For orders not containing pre order items this means cancellations/amendments can be difficult as we begin processing orders shortly after receiving orders. For orders containing pre order items cancellation/amendments are possible before the pre order item(s) arrives to us and we begin processing orders.
Please note: Not all amendments are possible and we may decline an amendment request if it’s not possible.
We do NOT allow amendments or changes to the shipping address on the order.
However if you have entered incorrect information or notice a mistake when receiving email confirmation of your order please contact asap and we will look into it!
Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately we cannot combine orders to ship together. We understand that this may be annoying but it is not something we can currently offer! All orders made are treated as individual orders and won’t be combined. Even if you make multiple orders on the same day/same pre order items they will be treated as separate orders and shipped out separately.
Do you offer returns/refunds?
UK Customers: For sealed products we offer returns up to 14 days after your order has arrived to you. The item(s) must be in sealed, unopened condition. The item(s) must arrive back to us in such condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.
For unsealed items, such as photocards, we do not offer returns.
Discounted items and items listed as damaged are not eligible for returns.
Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs should you wish to return any undamaged items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment only.

PLEASE RECORD YOUR UNBOXING - We may refuse returns/refunds for damaged/missing items without a video of your unboxing!

Please note: We will not offer refunds/exchanges for minor dents, scratches etc to the outbox.
Please note: If your item is sealed and has a missing or damaged item inside, such as a photocard, we can't offer any refund/exchange! All sealed products come straight from Korea so any missing/damaged items inside are the manufactures error and not ours.

What is a Pre Order Item?
A pre order is an item that been announced but not yet released. If an item has ‘PRE ORDER’ in the item title then it is a pre order!
Please read the item description carefully to check the estimated date of arrival to us. These dates however are not guaranteed, and in the unlikely event that a batch is delayed to us we will get in contact with you.
Please note: All pre orders and any products purchased with a pre order item won't be shipped out to you until the pre orders arrive to us.
Can I change my order when more information about a release comes out?
Amendments and changes are possible before the pre order item(s) arrives to us and we begin processing orders. Please contact us at email@example.com if you'd like to make an amendment.
